Individual Services for Children and Teens
Our individual services are creative, fun, and life changing!
Individual Counseling, Skills Sessions, and More!
Why Families Choose Compass
At Compass, we believe children and teens learn best when they feel comfortable, understood, and engaged. That's why our services go beyond simply talking about challenges. We help children and adolescents develop real-world skills through hands-on activities, games, conversation, creative problem-solving, and meaningful relationships with our providers.
Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, friendships, emotional regulation, executive functioning, school challenges, or life transitions, our team works to identify strengths while building practical tools that can be used at home, at school, and in the community.
Our goal is simple: help children and teens build confidence, independence, resilience, and the skills they need to thrive.
